ClipLand Support

Everything you copy, kept and reachable from anywhere.

Turn on the keyboard

  1. Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → ClipLand.
  2. Tap ClipLand in that list and turn on Allow Full Access. The keyboard needs it to read the clipboard and insert your clips. ClipLand sends nothing off your device.
  3. Settings → ClipLand → Paste from Other Apps → Allow, so iOS stops asking permission every time a clip is saved.

Summon clips with the Action Button

Settings → Action Button, swipe across to Shortcut, tap the shortcut field and choose Copy Clip. Open ClipLand once after installing so iOS recognises the shortcut.

On an iPhone with no Action Button, use Back Tap instead. Back Tap only lists shortcuts saved in the Shortcuts app, so add Copy Clip there first (Shortcuts → + → Add Action → search Copy Clip → Done), then Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap → Double Tap.

Why does it stop letting me paste?

Pasting is capped at ten a day. Saving clips, browsing and pinning are always free and never capped. Past the tenth you can watch a short ad for ten more, or remove the limit and the ads permanently with a one-off purchase. Nothing is a subscription.

I bought the unlock and it is not active

Open ClipLand → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Passwords

iOS does not tell apps when you copy a password, so ClipLand cannot skip them automatically. Use Pause capture in Settings before copying something sensitive.

Still stuck?

Send feedback from inside ClipLand (Settings → Send feedback), or email highball@jocoding.net. Feedback carries your app version, device model and language, and nothing else — never your clips.
